Origin – Type: Local Wine of the Peloponnese – Dry Red Wine. Varieties: Merlot – 100%. Anual Production And Vineyard Yield: 7.000 bottles/year – 65 kg/ha – Asprokampos Nemea Vineyard, Altitude 650 m. Lime-clayey soil with 30ο incline. Vinification & Characteristics: Red wine vinification method including diffusion and storage in oak barrels for 14 months up to bottling, followed by storage in wine cellars for a further 6 months. Strong tannins, rich body and high acidity promise one of the best wines produced by Cava Lantides. Store in a cool place and decant into a carafe. Can age for 8-10 years without cork changes. Unfiltered. |
